Planning Your Visit

There are three official ways to visit our campus.  To reserve your place on a tour, please call Linda Harworth in the Admissions Office at 770-936-2214.

Campus Tours (for applicants and parents)

From September through January, Student Ambassador led tours are held most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30AM.  Spend 90 minutes on campus for a student led tour through the halls, into classrooms, around the library, and to the chapel.  Time is included with the Director of Admissions. Reservations required.

Shadow Days  (for all 9th grade applicants)

Marist School Shadow Days are open to all rising 9th graders and above as an opportunity to visit campus to experience first-hand a typical day in the life of a Marist Student. The day begins at 8:30 AM with a tour of the campus, followed by four freshman classes and lunch (cookies included!). The day concludes with a question and answer session with the Director of Admissions and pick-up at 2:30 PM.

Currently, our January shadow days are full. We will have more opportunities to experience Marist school life in March 2013 with registration occurring during applicant interviews in February.

If you have questions about our shadow program, please contact Angela Elledge at elledgea@marist.com.

5th Grade Parent Information Session

For parents of current 5th graders.  This information session is held every year the week before Open House.   Given by Director of Admissions Jim Byrne, our Foundations Program (seventh and eighth grade experience at Marist) will be highlighted, as well as the transition to high school. As you contemplate the educational options for your rising middle school child, we invite you to fully investigate the unique opportunities that Marist School has to offer.  Please revisit this page Fall 2013 to register for next year's session.

Marist School performs five drama productions.  Tickets can be obtained in the main office. Please start your day with Mass each weekday at 7:30 AM in the chapel.
