Adult Community Service Opportunites at Marist School

The Community Service division of Campus Ministry has many opportunities for Current Parents, Grandparents, Alumni, Parents of Alumni, and Friends of Marist School to become involved in service and discipleship.
Central Presbyterian Church - Men's Homeless Shelter
On six Friday evenings during the winter months, Marist students and parent chaperones provide and serve dinner to a group of approximately 70 homeless men at the Central Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. Watch this short video to see how easy it is be to make a difference.

My Sister's House - Women's and Children's Shelter
One Sunday each month, a group of Marist mother's serve a homemade dinner to the residents of My Sister's House, a shelter for women and children at the Atlanta Mission on Howell Mill Road.

Trinity House -- Residential transitional housing program
Each month, a group of Marist students bring a dinner to share at the home with the men.  A parent volunteer coordinates the meal and contacts parents who are willing to cook and donate the food.
