 | Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna Award Purpose of the Distinguished Alumnus Award
To honor individual alumni by publicly recognizing ones achievements which demonstrate the qualities of the Marist Mission present in his/her life. Such individuals incorporate the values and principles upon which Marist School was founded. These qualities are present in all aspects of life, including but not limited to business and civic affairs. Such recognition thereby brings to the attention of Marist School and the general public these individuals whose success reflects favorably upon the school; and to bring to the attention of the student body these persons whose achievements might serve as inspiration for future generations.
Criteria
The recipient may be a man or woman who is a graduate of Marist School and possess the following qualifications: (a) Leadership/Recognition in his/her chosen profession and (b) Recognition in the community for leadership in civic and/or religious affairs.

 | Father Hartnett Service Award The purpose of the Father Hartnett Service Award
To bring public recognition to individual alumni/friend who have distinguished him/herself by demonstrating exemplary service to Marist School while incorporating the values and principles upon which Marist School was founded. Thereby, revealing the qualities of the Marist Mission present in his/her life. Such recognition thereby brings to the attention of Marist School and the general public these individuals whose success reflects favorably upon the school; and to bring to the attention of the student body these persons whose achievements might serve as inspiration for future generations.
Criteria
The recipient must be a man or woman who is a graduate or friend of Marist School. The recipient should have demonstrated exemplary service to Marist School.

 | Outstanding Young Alumnus/Alumna Award Purpose of the Outstanding Young Alumnus/Alumna Award
To recognize the achievements of a young alum who has demonstrated excellence in career and/or service to the community. Service or support of Marist is also a consideration.
Criteria
The recipient must be an alumnus/alumna from Marist who graduated no more then twenty years ago, with demonstrated excellence in career and/or service to the community.
