Lady War Eagles Working Well Together 1/25/2012 An age-old concept could be what brings postseason success back to the Marist girls’ basketball team in 2012. The Lady War Eagles were two games from a championship shot in the 2009 postseason, but were bounced in the first round in 2010 and did not make the playoffs last season with a 9-15 record. Marist head coach Kim Hixon said there is a uniting factor that could lead the team back to competing for a state championship.
