What’s New at MAG
MAG is in the process incorporating new board members, defining its future goals, and determining ways to broaden its outreach to the community. We are investigating new ways in which to communicate with Marist parents, parents of alumni, and alumni, and we are closely coordinating those activities among the faculty, school staff, and parent volunteers. In a recent meeting with Mrs. Margie Mawn Jameson ’85, Alumni Director, MAG representatives discussed ways to enrich our children’s education and better prepare them for the future through Career Connections, a new program developed by the Alumni and Counseling Departments with the goal of exposing our students to different industries prior to their college decisions. MAG will be instrumental in assisting the program as we work together to represent all industries including the Fine Arts! We look forward to a vibrant and vital future in keeping the passion alive in the arts at Marist School.
