11th and 12th Grade Parking Application 2010-2011

This is the Marist School 11th and 12th Grade Parking Form for the 2010-2011 School Year.

The following information is required for any vehicle that you may drive to school during the school year. A parking permit must appear on the primary vehicle you will normally drive to Marist School.


At least one vehicle's information must be recorded on this form. If there is a possibility that you may drive more than one vehicle, complete information for all vehicles must be included on this form.


You will receive an email at your Marist e-mail with a document for you to print out and sign. This document will be complete when both the student and parent/guardian have signed the form.


This email will be sent to you no later than Tuesday, August 24, 2010.


Please watch for your "Marist Parking Receipt" in your Student Marist E-mail Account.

Things to Note:

1. Applications may be submitted Friday, June 4, 2010 – August 24, 2010.


2. Parking Registration Day will be Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. in the Arcade (study hall students may turn in their Receipts during class). Make sure to bring your printout of your Parking Receipt on that day ONLY.


3. NO early applications will be accepted. Once you turn in your signed Parking Receipt on the 25th with your $50.00 Parking Administration Fee you will receive your Parking Permit.


4. Your Parking Receipt will be sent to your MARIST STUDENT E-MAIL no later than Tuesday, August 24, 2010 (once you have completed the online application).

10th Grade Parking at the YMCA
The students will be notified at the start of the school year when the YMCA parking applications will be available for pickup in The DEAN OF STUDENT’S OFFICE (C216). Only 40 spots are available and the students must already have obtained their license prior to picking up this application. Proof of a valid Driver’s License is required before receiving the Application. These forms will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
