What's The Event? An Auction (Silent, Live, Online) & Dinner, Drinks, & Dancing

What's it all about? Having fun with your Marist friends & raising funds for Marist School
Where will the funds go? An All-school broadcasting studio, the Endowment, the Marist Booster Club, Parents Club, and the Arts Guild (MAG) How do I say YES to the fun?
Will there be a Marist Tuition Raffle? Yes - Only 300 $100 raffle tickets will be sold but there is no limit on the number of tickets you can buy! Please note that only current Marist parents are eligible to purchase the Marist Tuition Raffle tickets. The winning family will be awarded one year full tuition (not including fees, books, etc.) for their oldest child enrolled at Marist during the 2011-2012 school year. Winner does not need to be present at The Event to win. The prize is non-transferable.
Can I sit with my friends? We will have a seated dinner and each table seats 10 people. When you register, please specify who you would like to sit with and we will do our best to honor your request. You can enter specific people, a specific grade, or leave it up to us!
Will there be entertainment? The Event will feature several Marist Dads throughout the night. Fred Jewell will entertain us on the piano during cocktail hour; Fred Kalil and Russ Spencer will Co-emcee the live auction; and Robin Delmer will be the lead guitarist as his band the Macular Degenerates plays after dinner!
How do I say YES to the fun? Click on the links under "I want to..." in the right hand column to be a sponsor, donate an item, buy tickets (raffle & Event), or to donate money. Online registration opens February 1st but we are accepting item donations and sponsorships now.
How do I donate an item to the Event? All Marist Families received a packet in the mail that included two donation forms. (If you do not have the donation form, you can pick one up in the front office or you can click on "Donate an Item" in the right hand column to download the form.) Please complete the form and either bring the item in on our official Item Donation Day (February 16th) or contact Sharon Bowman at sharon.bowman@comcast.net to arrange delivery of your donation.
How do I become a Sponsor? The Event 2011 has sponsorship opportunities that range from $500 to $10,000. All sponsorships come with tickets to the Event. Click on "Be A Sponsor" in the right hand column to download the Sponsorship Package. If you have any questions about sponsorship, please contact Mary Anne Hall at maryannehall@bellsouth.net.
