Marist actively encourages professional development for faculty and staff including workshops, conferences, and coursework relating to their field of study.

Marist welcomes new employees, providing an extensive onboarding process, a weeklong orientation to learn about our school's distinctive spirit and way of being, and a mentorship program for support and guidance.
