We know there is no better way to get a sense of Marist School than by visiting in person. In collaboration with Marist's Return to Campus Task Force, the Admissions team is currently assessing all our events to help ensure a meaningful and safe experience for prospective families. Please check back often for the latest information as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and we look to re-open Marist School.

Campus Tours

Prospective Marist families with students rising 5th grade and above are strongly encouraged to attend a campus tour. Get to know the Admissions team, explore our school, engage with faculty and staff, and hear from our Student Ambassadors about their personal experiences. Tours begin at 8:50 a.m. and last approximately two hours. Group size is limited to ensure the quality of experience. Registration via Ravenna opens in August.

Parent Information Sessions

Marist School President Fr. Bill Rowland, Principal Mr. Kevin Mullally, and Vice President for Enrollment, Mr. Jim Byrne '83, will host a series of information sessions for prospective Marist parents. These are adult-only events; parents need only attend one. Registration via Ravenna opens in August.

  • Marist for Middle & High School

    October 19, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. 
    This session will provide an overview of the Marist mission, educational philosophy, and goals for a Marist student. Hear from a current Marist parent about their family’s personal experience.
  • Marist for Middle School

    November 6, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. with optional campus tour immediately following
    This session will focus on the middle school experience at Marist. Guest speaker Mrs. Molly Carlin, Director of the Foundations Program, will discuss how Marist addresses the cognitive, emotional, and physical needs of 7th and 8th grade students. Our Foundations Program, with its house system, dedicated middle school teachers, and complete array of extracurricular activities, is a vibrant middle school within the larger Marist community.
  • Marist for High School

    November 13, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. with optional campus tour immediately following
    This session will focus on the high school experience at Marist. Hear directly from our seniors and learn more from Marist faculty about our rigorous college-preparatory curriculum, including 21 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and an extensive range of electives designed to help students discover their talents and pursue their passion.
  • Marist for Children of Alumni & Siblings

    This session is planned for early December. Details will be shared directly with Marist alumni and current/former Marist parents.

Shadow Days for Rising 9th Graders

Experience firsthand a day in the life of a Marist student. Join a current 9th grade host for a campus tour, freshman classes, and Q&A with the Admissions team. Parents are invited to stay after drop-off for a campus tour led by an Admissions Officer.
Shadow Days are the most popular experience at Marist for rising 9th grade students. The number of students per Shadow Day is limited to ensure the quality of experience, so please register well in advance. Registration via Ravenna opens in August.

Open House - Dec. 6, 2020

Come visit our classrooms, experience fine arts, athletics, and robotics, and learn from our students, faculty, and staff what it means to be Marist. Open House is a family-friendly, community event. All are welcome!

Our Campus

Marist is blessed with a truly remarkable campus of 78 in-town acres, and you and your family are welcome to visit. Start your day with Mass during the week at 7:30 a.m. in Esmond Brady Memorial Chapel. Join us for exciting athletic events in football, soccer, and basketball to name just a few and enjoy our three annual theater performances. On the weekend, go for a jog on our cross country trail or take a walk around our track. See the entire campus with our virtual tour.

Ravenna System

Marist School utilizes Ravenna, an application management system, for all aspects of the admissions process. Through Ravenna, parents can create a student profile, register for admissions events, apply to Marist, submit supporting materials, track application status, and view decisions.
