Meet Marist School’s Newest Faculty and Staff Members

Earlier this month, Marist School welcomed 19 new faculty and staff members to campus for new employee orientation.
The group includes Marist’s new academic dean, director of the Marist Academic Center, head athletic trainer, associate director of college counseling, two personal and academic counselors, eight teachers, an Early Learning Center teacher, a permanent substitute teacher, admissions assistant, and director of development for the Society of Mary-sponsored Reach for Excellence program, which is housed on Marist’s campus.

Marist seminarian Mr. Nik Rodewald, S.M. is spending this academic year with Marist School as part of his formation program. Mr. Rodewald shared, “I’m excited to be here at Marist, where I’ll be working with both Campus Ministry and the Fine Arts department. Additionally, I am serving as 7th grade house leader and look forward to engaging with so many of the wonderful activities going on around campus. As a member of the Society of Mary, I am moved by the Spirit of Mary that seems to be so alive throughout campus.”

The reach of our newest faculty and staff members will extend beyond their primary roles, touching all areas of Marist School. In addition to their main responsibilities, they are serving as coaches on the playing field and court and moderators for Campus Ministry retreats, student clubs, and honor societies.

We are excited for you to get to know these talented new members of our school community who will work with all of us to advance our important educational mission. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome to Marist!
