The Georgia Department of Revenue received more than $246 million in tax credit applications on the first business day of 2026. Therefore, the $120 million of available credits for the year are divided among the approximately $246 million in applications, so that each applicant is allowed a tax credit of approximately 48.68% of their requested amount. Please check your email for your approval email which includes the amount your application was approved for. All payments are due by March 13, 2026.
Applications for the 2027 Georgia GOAL Program will become available June 1, 2026.

How Much Tax Credit Can I Take?
