  • About Atlanta

In 2022, Money magazine listed Atlanta as the best place to live in the United States.

With nearly six million residents in the metropolitan area, Atlanta is the most populous city in Georgia and the state capital. The city became known as the unofficial capital of the “New South” during the civil rights movement. Home to Martin Luther King, Jr., it was here that Dr. King was raised and grew into the civil rights leader we know today. Since then, Atlanta has become an industry-diverse city filled with international and national company headquarters such as The Coca-Cola Company, Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, and United Parcel Service (UPS). From world-class restaurants and a myriad of cultural attractions to a hip nightlife and sporting events galore, there is always something to do in Atlanta.
